Santa Barbara County Animal Services is reporting an up-tick in the numbers of volunteers, fosters, and pet adoptions. Last week, Animal Services officials said they had no space for strays. But over the weekend, over 100 pets ended up going to foster homes, on their way to adoptions, and 33 pets were adopted right away.
