The Paso Robles City Council is giving the green light to a plan that would create a spaceport at the Paso Robles Airport. The City Council will team with Cal Poly to seek a spaceport license from the Federal Aviation Administration. The plan would create a technology corridor focused on the space industry. Mayor Steve Martin believes the collaboration will benefit the city’s local economy.
