For the fifth consecutive year community members and faith-based organizations have gotten together to make inmates’ holidays a little brighter. According to the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office, about 875 gift bags were distributed to inmates and staff at the Main Jail in Santa Barbara on Sunday and at the Northern Branch Jail in Santa Maria on Monday.
