If you live along the coastline of San Luis Obispo County, you may noticed some new signage going up. The new tsunami inundation zone signs are part of a new program by the National Weather Service to let residents know the shoud seek higher ground in th event of an earthquake. Communities with this designation receive credit points that can impact the cost of flood insurance in the area.
