A Lompoc man is facing several charges after allegedly brandishing a gun. The incident happened at the Cambria Christmas Market on December 15th. Authorities say 18-year-old Andreas Costa became involved in a confrontation with another person and brandished the handgun. He fled when Sheriff’s deputies arrived and taken into custody. At the time of his arrest, Costa was allegedly in possession of a “ghost gun.” A preliminary hearing is scheduled for January 5th.
