Grover Beach Police are investigating a fatal train vs pedestrian collision. It happened yesterday afternoon at around 2:40. Investigators say the unidentified person wearing a hooded jacket was walking northbound on the tracks when the train approached. The train operator blew the train’s horn and tried to stop.
