The national average for a gallon of regular gasoline is 3.13. According to Triple-A, it’s 4.37 a gallon in California. San Luis Obispo County is reporting an average of 4.85 a gallon. In Santa Barbara County it’s 4.50 a gallon. Experts believe we could see the National average rise again, back to 4 dollars a gallon by May courtesy of Tightening oil supplies and a different gas blend.
