Santa Barbara County Safety officials are keeping an eye on three major wildfire burn scar areas this morning. The Thomas, Cave, ans Alisal fire burn scars have become a cause for concern after the National Weather Service issued a Flood Watch for Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo and Ventura counties. A storm system appraching the Central Coast is expected to include heavy rain and damaging winds today. Meanwhile, the city of Paso Robles has issued an evacuation warning for the Salinas Riverbed.
