The 5Cities Homeless Coalition has announced the opening of a temporary emergency housing project. The project is called Cabins for Change. It’s meant to provide shelter space and other important services for individuals experiencing homelessness. So far, nine people are taking part in the program. Officials say all the Cabins for Change will be occupied by the end of the month.
