Lompoc Police have arrested the parents of a toddler who was exposed to fentanyl. At around 11:15 yesterday morning, Lompoc firefighters, EMTs, and police responded to a report of an unresponsive 1-year-old. The baby was revived using Narcan. 31-year-old Robert Curtis and 36-year-old Jessie McCoy are now facing felony child endangerment charges.
