Storm waters have subsided in Oceano following Monday’s evacuation. But residents in the area are being asked to prepare for the next series of storms. According to KSBY, nearly all of Oceano west of Highway 1 is under an evacuation warning. People who live in flood-prone areas of Oceano are preparing go-bags and evacuation plans ahead of the next round of rain.
