San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s officials say the search for 5-year-old Kyle Doan will continue through the week. As water levels continue to subside, searchers can look in different areas of San Marcos Creek and the Salinas River in San Miguel. K-9 officers are also able to cover more ground. Kyle disappeared when he was swept away in floodwaters after his mother’s car was overtaken by water in San Marcos Creek.
