Santa Maria Police say a 21-year-old man died in a major traffice collision last night. Authorities say he was driving a Cadillac westbound on Main Street when he collided with a large box truck at Kathleen Court just before seven o’clock. The driver died at the scene. His name is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
