Storm damage estimates are still being tabulated across California. In San Luis Obispo County repairs are totaling more than 100 million dollars. According to Cal Coast News, 41 million is related to residential property damage. In Santa Barbara County, the storm damage is estimated at more than 150 million dollars. The County’s Ag industry has suffered at least 35 million dollars worth of damages. Both counties were included in state and federal disaster declarations making residents and businesses eligible to apply for disaster assistance and reimbursement.
