A suspected drug dealer has been arrested on suspicion of murder. San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s investigators have been looking into the death of 31-year-old Quinn Hall. His body was discovered behind the old County Animal Services building on Oklahoma Avenue in San Luis Obispo in October last year. A fentanyl overdose was determined to be the cause of death. Authorities believe 50-year-old Brandi Turner sold the fentanyl to the victim. She was arrested on homicide chares on Monday.
