TSA officials say a loaded handgun was discovered in a passenger’s carry-on luggage yesterday morning. The discovery happened at the Santa Barbara Municipal Airport during a routine X-ray screening. Airport Police recovered the weapon and escorted the man out of the security checkpoint. He’s facing fines up to nearly 15,000 dollars.
