Lompoc Police are investigating a drive-by shooting that happened earlier this week. It happened on Wednesday afternoon on North I Street at around 4 o’clock. A 13-year-old and another juvenile were walking when someone in a vehicle shot at them. The 13-year-old was hit. They were taken to the hospital and later released.
