A Paso Robles man has pleaded guilty to a charge of distributing fentanyl. Timothy Wolfe admitted to selling fentanyl to a 19-year-old Atascadero man in 2020. Emilio Velci would die after taking one pill that Wolfe claimed was Percocet. Wolfe is now facing 20 years in federal prison when he’s sentenced in August.
