Crews were putting the final touches on the Santa Maria Elks Rodeo Grounds yesterday before the gates swing open this evening. The Elks Rodeo will be celebrating 80 years with four days of PRCA rodeo action including Bull riding, team roping, barrel racing, bareback riding and more.
