A San Luis Obispo man who has been on the lamb for several months was arrested yesterday. 26-year-old Jordan Smith was wanted for a parole violation. He also had several warrants for multiple crimes, including domestic violence, robbery, and drug sales. Police tried to arrest him over the weekend, but he got away. They caught up with Smith yesterday, spotting him near the Amtrak station. He ran toward the area of SLO High School. That prompted a school lockdown, He tried to hide on the roof of a nearby residence, eventually surrendering. The school lockdown was lifted after Smith was in custody.
