Firefighters in Paso Robles knocked down a debris fire yesterday. The fire broke out yesterday afternoon at the North County Recycling Building at around 3 o’clock. The fire appeared to be a continuation of a fire that was first contained Saturday night. Officials say the wind picked up yesterday afternoon and ignited the debris again. Crews had the flames contained in about 10 minutes.
