An Arroyo Grande couple is facing a four-count federal indictment. Christopher and Erin Mazzei are accused of using more than 1.3 million dollars of Paycheck Protection Program funds for personal use. PPP funds were meant to assist businesses affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Instead, according to prosecutors, the Mazzeis bought two new SUVs and put a down payment on a condo in Oahu Hawaii. Trial resumes this morning.
