There is a new rule at the Kansas Avenue Safe parking site in San Luis Obispo, and not everyone is happy about it. The new policy, which went into affect on June 1st, bans visitors who don’t live at the site from entering the premises. According to the Tribune, some residents have reported several incidents of drug use by visitors onsite and felt a change was needed. Meanwhile, others feel the policy goes too far and limits their personal freedoms onsite.
