The Madonna Inn is headed to court. Three former employees have filed suit against the hotel, claiming it violated California labor law. According to the Tribune, the suit alleges the Madonna Inn failed to properly pay at least three employees the entirety of their wages, provide breaks and maintain payroll records. The former employees want to be paid their owed wages, plus any civil penalties applicable by law. Madonna Inn officials are expected to respond to the suit later this month.
