A suspicious person was arrested yesterday in Paso Robles. At around 2 p.m. police received a call about a man lurking around the gas pumps at Golden Hill Mobil gas station on Golden Hill Road. According to a press release, Officers made contact with 38-year-old Carlos Davis as he drove away from the station. Officers found Davis in possession of a stun gun, pepper spray, concealed fixed blade knife, ski mask, duct tape, replica handgun, stab-resistant vest, and an emergency scanner set to a police channel. Bail was set at 20,000 dollars.
