Four Central Coast healthcare providers have agreed to pay a total 68 million dollars to resolve allegations of submitting false claims to Medi-Cal. According to the Tribune, CenCal, Cottage Health System, Sansum Clinic, and Community Heath Centers of the Central Coast were accused of submitting false claims of enhanced services to Medi-Cal. Similar allegations were settled with Dignity Health and Tenet Healthcare Corp.
