The San Luis Obispo Police Department conducted a sting operation last Thursday focused on alcohol sales to minors. According to the Tribune, 30 local grocery, liquor and convenience stores were tested. 29 stores passed by not selling alcohol to a minor. One store, Sprouts Farmers Market, sold alcohol to the underage decoy. The clerk was cited for the violation and released at the scene.
