A two-vehicle collision near the base of the Cuesta Grade brought commuters to a standstill yesterday. The CHP says the crash between a Nissan and a 24-foot passenger bus happened just before 4:30 p.m. in the southbound lanes of the 101. The bus ended up on its side. The driver of the bus was the only person on board.
