One fair ends and another begins. The Santa Barbara County Fair wrapped up another successful event in Santa Maria on Sunday. now the California Mid State Fair kicks off tomorrow afternoon at 3:30 with a grand opening and ribbon cutting. Gates open at 4 pm Monday through Thursday and at noon Friday through Sunday.
