SpaceX plans to launch a Falcon 9 rocket from Vandenberg Space Force Base tonight. Officials say the Launch is scheduled for 9:40. The rocket will carry another 15 Starlink satellites into a low-earth orbit. Starlink is a high-speed broadband satellite internet service designed to reach rural and remote communities.
