People’s Self-Help Housing celebrated the opening of a new affordable housing complex for veterans and seniors in Templeton. Officials say Templeton Place II is a 36-unit affordable apartment complex that serves seniors and veterans, with 10 units permanently set aside for formerly homeless veterans. The new complex includes studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. The funding for the project came from several state and local organizations.
