San Luis Obispo’s plan to ban natural gas in new construction projects is being out on hold. The move comes following a decision by the Nith Circuit Court of appeals that overturned a similar ban in Berkley. According to the Tribune, San Luis Obispo officials will not deny any new building applications until further notice. Builders and developers can still submit permit applications for new mixed-fuel buildings.
