The Santa Barbara County D.A.’s office has sent warning letters to several restaurants. The letters warned the restaurants that they violated California’s False Advertising Law. According to the D.A.’s Office, “Consumers are entitled to accurate price information to enable them to make informed decisions about what to purchase.” The Restaurants have 30 days to fix the problems or face a fine of up to 2500 dollars.
