A Santa Maria man was arrested last week in Paso Robles. Police say it was the second time 36-year-old Kody Samuels has been arrested for stealing from the Lowes on Golden Hill Road. In June he was arrested for stealing a log splitter. His latest incarceration came when he allegedly attempted to cut a cable that held several generators together. He was taken into custody without incident and is facing several charges.
