Arroyo Grande has appointed an interim city manager. City officials made the announcement yesterday. Bill Robeson will take over for Whitney McDonald who is headed to San Luis Obispo for a similar position. her last day is Monday. Robeson has close to 30 years of public service. According to a press release, a majority of that time was with San Luis Obispo County.
