A vehicle crash left a motorcyclist dead and another in the hospital over the weekend. According to the Santa Barbara County Fire Department, the head on crash happened Saturday evening on Highway 166 near Chimineas Ranch road. The collision sparked a small vegetation fire that scorched about three-acres.
