The City of Lompoc celebrated its 135th birthday this weekend. The city was incorporated on August 13, 1888. This weekend’s celebration began Friday and wrapped up on Sunday. The festivities included the Lompoc Police cruise and car show. City officials unveiled a revamped Centennial Square Park and announced a 10 million dollar investment into the city’s parks.
