Cal Fire reports the Bitter Fire, burning in the Carrizo Plain is 100 percent containted. The fire started as two separated vegetation fire Tuesday evening. Cal Fire crews attacked the flames from the ground and from the air. They had the blaze contained yesterday morning. According to their Twitter page, the fire scorched just over 700 acres. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
