A man was arrested earlier this week for allegedly setting several fires at the Madonna Plaza. According to a San Luis Obispo Police press release, 34-year-old Cody Miller, a local transient, was arreted after witnesses saw him addig trash to a pallet fire Tuesday afternoon. A short time later, he started a fire in the cab of an unoccupied truck and another in a dumpster behind a restaurant. Miller is facing three felony arson charges.
