A pedestrian in Grover Beach was struck by an Amtrak train yesterday morning. According to a press release, it happened at around 6:40. Grover Beach Police and emergency medical teams responded to reports of a person being struck by the train. The person didn’t survive the incident. Anyone with helpful information regarding the ongoing investigation is asked to contact the Grover Beach PD.
