The Santa Maria Planning Commission has given the green light to a large-scale gas station and convenience store. The new Chevron Extra Mile will be located at the intersection of West Betteravia and Walker Avenue. It will have a 10-pump fueling station, nine vehicle chargers, a convenience store, fast food restaurant, and car wash. It’s unclear when the project will break ground.
