San Luis Obispo Police are warning residents about a masked prowler. According to a press release, the prowler was spotted in neighborhoods off Grand Avenue in the past two weeks. Surveillance cameras caught the prowler on video on the 1700 block of McCollum St. and again on the 0 block of Hathway Avenue. Both occured between 4 and 5 a.m… The prowler also entered a home on Fredricks Street, but was scared away by a resident inside. Police remind everyone to lock your doors and windows.
