Convicted killer Paul Flores is in the hospital this morning after being attacked in prison yesterday. California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation officials say Flores was listed in critical condition. The circumstances surrounding Flores’ attack are under investigation. He is serving a 25-years-to-life sentence for the death of Kristin Smart in 1996. Her body has not been found.
