Cal Fire firefighters made quick work of a small vegetation fire last night. Officials say the broke out near Avila Beach when someone lit a sky lantern. A sky lantern is a small paper hot air balloon with a small flame suspended under it. officials added that the fire was considered an accident, but the person who launched the lantern was cited.
