September is National Preparedness Month. Throughout this month, the City of Paso Robles is working with CERT to help area residents be better prepared in the event of a disaster. CERT stands for Community Emergency Response Team. According to KSBY, CERT teaches community members what they would need to know in the event of a disaster to care of themselves and their neighbors.
