Felon And Ghost Gun Off SLO Streets

A wanted felon and another ghost gun are off the streets. San Luis Obispo police say an officer attempted to stop a motorcyclist for a couple of vehicle code violations on Madonna Road just after 2:30 a.m. yesterday. The rider took off, riding into a nearby apartment complex. The officer caught up with 42-year-old Bryan Dugan. Police found that he was wearing body armor and had a “fully loaded extended handgun magazine in his pocket.” According to yesterday’s press release, a “loaded non-serialized handgun” was also found in a planter. Dugan was booked on several weapon and parole violations.
