Lompoc Police arrested three people connected to the shooting death of a 43-year-old man. The shooting happened in June 2022. Joseph Lujan was found with multiple gunshot wounds in a carport on East Prune Avenue. Investigators identified three suspects. Yesterday, all three were reported to be in custody. Two of the suspects were already in jail when they were arrested and charged with murder.
