San Luis Obispo Police have arrested a 20-year-old woman in connection to an August hit and run crash. On August 19th at around 11:30 p.m., officers responded to a report of a crash at the intersection of Santa Rosa and Higuera. They Found a 65-year-old man had been struck while trying to cross the street in the crosswalk. Further investigation led police to 20-year-old Dahlia Brown. She was arrested and charged with felony hit and run. The victim is recovering at a facility out of the area.
