Californians are getting a bit if a break at the pumps. Over the past week prices statewide have dipped an average of 20 cents a gallon to 5.87. In San Luis Obispo County, the average price for a gallon of regular is 6.07, down 20 cents from last week. And in Santa Barbara County, the price has dipped 17 cents to 6.01 a gallon.
