Gas prices continue to decline this week. According to Triple-A, nationwide the price for regular unleaded is averaging 3.60 a gallon. This morning, the statewide average in California is 5.62 a gallon. Its averaging 5.85 a gallon in San Luis Obispo County. That’s down 19 cents a gallon from a week ago. In Santa Barbara County, gallon of regular unleaded is averaging 5 dollars 73 cents a gallon. down 20 cents a gallon from a week ago.
